I would refer the Deputy to Section 16 of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924, and Section 2 of the Dairy Produce (Amendment) Act, 1941, which set out the qualifications necessary for the posts of managers of central creameries and cream-separating stations respectively.
No appointment of an unqualified person as manager of any creamery premises in County Clare has been made with my consent.
