Vol. 123 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Cork Roads.

Mr. Murphy

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what consideration has been given to the application for repairs to a road serving three landowners in the townland of Coom, Dunmanway, County Cork, which was submitted on 30th August last under the rural improvements scheme.

A letter dated 30th August, 1950, from a local county councillor referred to this scheme among others. An official application form was issued to the councillor on 2nd October, 1950, with a request that it be completed by the interested landholders. So far this form has not been returned to my office, and without the information which it is designed to afford, no action can be taken.
