Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Briefing of Counsel.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state the name of every member of the Oireachtas who has been in any way briefed, retained or consulted as counsel on behalf of the State or any Government Department whether in civil or criminal proceedings or otherwise since the 19th February, 1948, and the fees or remuneration payable in each case.

The reply to the Deputy's question is in the form of a tabular statement which, with the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated with the Official Report.
