I would refer the Deputy to the reply I gave in this House to a similar question asked by him on the 15th November last, in which I informed him that the consideration of this matter by the Government had reached an advanced stage and that its outcome would probably entail proposals either for a Resolution of Dáil Éireann amending the Standing Orders of the House or for legislation. I anticipate that a final decision on the matter will shortly be taken by the Government.
