With regard to the eligibility of the occupants of labourers' cottages to participate in the scheme for water supplies to farm dwellings I would refer the Deputy to my replies to similar questions on this subject asked by another Deputy on the 24th and 30th May, 1950.
With regard to "other rural workers," they are eligible to participate in the scheme if they are the rated occupiers of agricultural holdings.
