asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have yet considered the propriety of acquiring the lands of Patch Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe, County Galway (Record No. U.13820) in view of the fact that there are many tenants of the Land Commission adjoining these lands with very small holdings and low valuations requiring additions of land very baldy to make their present holdings economic.

I presume this question refers to the estate of representatives of Patrick Donlon, deceased. There has been no change in the position since my reply to a similar question by the Deputy on 23rd November, 1950.
