Seven rota-print machines have been installed in the Stationery Office.
They have been installed (1) to supplement the efforts of Government Departments in producing forms and such work as might be produced, though not so satisfactorily, by ordinary office duplicators, and (2) to overcome, to some extent, the considerable difficulties arising out of the inability of the printing industry to deal satisfactorily with orders for Government printing.
It is not proposed to employ lithographic printers to operate the machines.
