I regret I cannot give separate figures for the quantities of milk used by creameries in the manufacture of chocolate crumb, cheese and evaporated milk, as it is contrary to the general practice to furnish particulars relating to the trading activities of individual concerns. The total quantity of milk used by creameries in the manufacture of these products in each of the years 1948, 1949 and 1950 was as follows:—
