Some delay occurred in connection with the planning of the proposed housing scheme at Muinebheag, due to the necessity for revising the original plans to ensure that the houses would be provided at rents within the capacity of the prospective tenants.
Approval to revised house plans and lay-out plan submitted by the county council for a scheme of 87 houses was issued on the 26th ultimo. It is proposed to commence development work on the site at an early date. The countract documents by their architects before inviting tenders for the construction of the houses.
