I move:—
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present Session to authorise the making of ex-gratia payments (not exceeding in the aggregate £60,000) to certain persons in respect of the prohibition of net fishing in fresh water effected by Section 35 of the Fisheries Act, 1939, and to make further provision in relation to compensation payable under sub-section (5) of the said Section 35.
