I am informed by the Electricity Supply Board that no application for a public lighting supply for the villages of Ladysbridge and Ballymacoda has been received by the board from the local authority concerned. If such an application is made, the board will be prepared to quote for the provision of a supply and to authorise the execution of the work immediately on the acceptance of the quotation by the local authority.
