Mr. O'Higgins

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have any acquisition proceedings in relation to the Fairbrother estate, County Laoighis.

The Land Commission have decided not to acquire the estate in question.

Mr. O'Higgins

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have any acquisition proceedings in relation to the Hipwell estate, at Camross, County Laoighis.

Proceedings are in progress for the acquisition of this estate.

asked the Minister for Lands whether the Land Commission have any acquisition proceedings in relation to the Porteris Kennedy estate at Ballintubbert, County Laoighis.

It is not possible to identify this estate from the information supplied.

The Land Commission have decided to take no action for the present for the acquisition of this estate.
