asked the Minister for Health if he will state whether he has received a recommendation from the Limerick Mental Hospital Committee requesting the introduction of proposals for legislation to provide for increases in the pensions of retired employees of mental hospitals; and, if so, whether he proposes to comply with the request.

I have received the recommendation referred to by Deputy Reidy and have replied to the mental hospital authority.
