The accounts of the receipts of betting duty are kept on the basis of financial years and segregation by reference to calendar years would entail an undue amount of work.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to have circulated in the Official Report a tabular statement showing net receipts of betting duty for the financial years 1942-43 to 1951-52.
