I would refer the Deputy to my reply of the 14th February last to a similar query of his on this case. I understand that the vendor's solicitors have made some progress with the establishment of clear title and may soon be in a position to proceed with the sale. The introduction of special legislation would scarcely expedite matters. I have already assured the Deputy that, so far as I am concerned, every effort will be made to have the deal brought to a speedy close.
