I am sorry that I did not give notice of this, but I understand that in certain editions of a newspaper remarks were ascribed to Deputy J.A. Costello which, in fact, I made and remarks which I made were ascribed to Deputy Costello. I do not know whether the Dáil is bound to take notice of that.
