asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will state the estimated cost in the present year and in a full year of (a) the revised means test for old age and blind pensions, (b) the revised means test for widows' and orphans' pensions (non-contributory), and (c) the increased rates of widows' and orphans' pensions (non-contributory) under the Social Welfare (Insurance) Bill, 1951.
