Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Limerick Congestion.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware of the very large number of congests in the Doon district, County Limerick; and, if so, if he will have investigations made to ascertain if there is any land in the district available for purchase or acquisition, for the purpose of relieving the congestion referred to.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 16 and 17 together. Representations have been made to the Land Commission regarding the acquisition of land for the relief of congestion in the Doon and Portnard districts, in County Limerick, and inquiries are being made in the matter.
