asked the Minister for Local Government if he has obtained the report referred to by him in reply to a question on 13th May from the sanitary authorities for North Tipperary County Council concerning the connecting up of the sewerage and sanitary services to the houses owned by landlords in the town of Roscrea, County Tipperary, in view of the bad conditions under which these people live in the absence of those services; and, if so, what action he proposes to take in the matter.

I have received the report referred to in my reply of 13th May last. The position is that there are 47 premises in Roscrea in respect of which water supply and drainage Orders have come into force. I understand the sanitary authority intend to connect these premises at an early date.
