The by-elections having precluded the making of a public issue prior to the July-August holiday season, it is now intended to float a national loan early in the autumn. The amount and terms of the loan will be announced closer to the time of issue. I cannot see what public interest would be served by dealing categorically with the other matters referred to by the Deputy.
