I should like to ask the Taoiseach if, in view of the grave inconvenience caused by the printing strike now in progress, he proposes to take any steps to bring about an early settlement of the strike.

I have no function in the matter. I understand the Labour Court is at present considering the dispute.
In view of the fact that the Labour Court sometimes takes a long time to reach a decision, would the Taoiseach not think that some other steps are necessary to bring about an early settlement? Will he take no action?
