Before you proceed with the business of the House I should like to bring to the notice of the House that I am recorded as not having voted in a division in which I took part yesterday. I have consulted the Chair, and have been told it will be corrected. As this got such publicity, I want to bring it before the House. I must make it clear that I am casting no reflection on the Clerk, and that it was in the rush that it happened.
