Vol. 134 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cabinteely Telephone Kiosk.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when it is proposed to erect a public telephone kiosk at Cabinteely, County Dublin.

The erection of a telephone kiosk at Cabinteely is not contemplated at present because the use likely to be made of it would not be sufficient to warrant provision of the facility. There is a public call office in Cabinteely Post Office, and the receipts indicate that a kiosk could not be justified.

Is the Minister not aware that there is no public calloffice available at night?

I have given consideration to the question by the Deputy and that is all I can say about the matter for the present.
