The Minister will no doubt remember that he promised to circulate this Health Bill before the Dáil reassembled. He promised to circulate it then before the end of January. Now he says he will circulate it in a few days. Is this his final prophecy?
It is only two months. That is nothing to the Deputy, because it took him three years.
The Minister need not get hot and bothered merely because I asked a question. May we take it now that the Health Bill will be the original Bill contemplated by the Minister and not an emasculated Bill?
