asked the Minister for Agriculture if, in order to stimulate increased agricultural production, he will ensure that grants to farmers for the improvement of their farms and out-offices, and subsidies for lime and other forms of State assistance shall in future be made available primarily and exclusively to farmers who agree to cultivate a reasonable proportion of the arable land on their holdings.
