The promoters of this project were informed on the 16th July, 1952, that certain facilities for the duty-free importation of certain semi-manufactured goods would not be granted inasmuch as existing manufacturers of the articles in question were carryingout a full manufacturing process and were not being afforded the facilities which the promoters were seeking.
