I move:—
That for the purpose of any Act of the present Session to amend the Courts of Justice Acts, 1924 to 1949, and other enactments, it is expedient to authorise, in giving effect to the provisions of such Act,
(1) the charge upon and payment out of the Central Fund, or the growing produce thereof, of the expenses incurred in regard to the remuneration and pensions of judges of the Supreme Court, the High Court and the Circuit Court and of justices of the District Court;
(2) the payment out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas of travelling and other expenses of judges of the Supreme Court, the High Court and the Circuit Court, of justices of the District Court and of commissioners of the High Court on Circuit.
