Vol. 145 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Blackwater Bridge: Report

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will state whether a report has been received in his Department relative to an inquiry made by a senior inspector into the demand for the erection of a bridge on the river Blackwater at Dooneen, Millstreet, County Cork; and, if so, if he will state the date on which the report was received and indicate the nature of the inspector's findings.

No official inquiry has been held by an inspector of the Department in relation to the proposed provision of a bridge at Dooneen. A recent proposal by the county council in the matter in connection with the coming year's county road improvement grant is at present under examination.
