In view of the decision which I have recently taken about maternity accommodation at St. Finbarr's Hospital, it may be necessary to reconsider the proposals made by the local authority about the reconstruction of premises at Kinsale and Youghal. I have agreed to discuss the matter with a deputation from the local authority to-morrow.
