The provision of wireless sets for blind persons is one of the main objectives of certain voluntary national organisations catering for the welfare of the blind. According to my information the majority of blind pensioners already possess or have the use of wireless sets, and I think it would be better to defer consideration of this particular matter until other and more pressing needs have been met.
