I do not propose to introduce any special legislation such as the Deputy suggests.
In view of the fact that 100 per cent. revision of valuations took place, that valuations were increased by about £4,000, and also in view of the fact that similar legislation was introduced in respect of another town where something similar happened, does the Minister not think that my suggestion is justified now?
The Deputy is as aware as I am of the circumstances in which the Buncrana revaluation took place. It is not for me to take any action now in respect of it as it has taken place.
