I am not aware of any undue delay in having the erection of houses at Kill, Saint Laurence, commenced. A proposal for the acceptance of a tender for the erection of a further 39 houses on the site, which was received in my Department from the Waterford Corporation on the 9th instant, is at present under consideration. A decision in the matter will issue as soon as possible.
