asked the Minister for Local Government whether, in relation to the draft planning scheme prepared by the Dublin Corporation, he proposes to make Orders under Section 15 of the Town and Regional Planning (Amendment) Act, 1939, and, if he so proposes, if he will state the nature and scope of the intended Orders.

I have received from the Dublin Corporation a request for an Order under Section 15 of the Town and Regional Planning (Amendment) Act, 1939, dispensing with the services by the planning authority of the notice and map which, under Article 13 (4) of the Town and Regional Planning Regulations, 1934, are required to be served, within seven days of the publication of the adoption of a draft planning scheme, on all owners of lands which are expressly required by a provision in the draft scheme to be acquired by a local authority for the purposes of the planning scheme.
