I am informed by the E.S.B. that the results of a local canvass which, it is understood, was carried out recently have not yet been received. The board have indicated to me that if the local representatives communicate with the board's district engineer in Athlone and the results of the local canvass are as stated in the Deputy's question, a further official canvass of the area will be arranged.
