I move:—
That it is expedient to make provision for the Charge, levy and payment, on the grant of any licence or permit granted for the purposes of any Order made by the Minister for Agriculture under any Act of the present session relating to cereals, of such (if any) fee as the Minister for Finance shall from time to time direct.
