An application for an allowance under Part II of the Army Pensions Act, 1953, was received on the 12th September, 1953, from Miss Mary Hogan, 2, New Road, Thomondgate, Limerick. Consideration of the case has been unavoidably prolonged owing to the nature and extent of the investigations necessary in order to determine whether the application comes within the terms of the Act.
