asked the Minister for Finance if he will state in respect of each financial year (a) since 1922, the amount of below the line issues, exclusive of issues either for the redemption of debt or for external payments (as in 1938/39), (b) the amount of expenditure on voted capital services since 1949/50, and (c) the amount of expenditure since 1922 and prior to 1st April, 1949, on sub-heads that were thereafter treated as capital services.
