Vol. 162 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Limerick Land.

asked the Minister for Lands if, in view of the fact that the Land Commission have acquired the lands of the Gleeson estate, Meanus, County Limerick, he will state the cause of the delay in dividing these lands among the local uneconomic holders.

As it was not possible to frame a final resale scheme or to carry out the improvements works necessary to permit of allotment of this estate last spring, the lands have been let for the current season. It is expected that they will be allotted early next year.
