I am informed by the E.S.B. that the last official canvass of this area was carried out early in 1954 and that it has been considered for selection on a number of occasions but has not so far been selected as its returns did not compare favourably with those for other areas awaiting development in the Board's Limerick district. The area will be reconsidered in due course and the Board's decision will depend on how the returns then compare with those for other areas awaiting development in the Limerick district.
