In the year ending 31st July, 1956, £49,554 was collected for the issue of unlimited shot-gun certificates, £1,630 10s. for subsequent shot-gun certificates and £27,605 10s. for limited certificates.
In the ten months ending 31st May, 1957, the corresponding amounts collected were £48,489 15s., £1,630 10s. and £27,589.
