asked the Minister for Local Government if plans and details relating to the following water supply extensions approved by the Donegal County Council have been submitted to his Department for sanction—(1) to A.O.H. Hall, Middletown, (2) to the townland of Cotteen, and (3) to the townland of Lunniagh; and, if so, if he will state whether any decision has been reached.

These proposals were submitted to my Department. As it appears that a large number of extensions is likely to arise on this water supply scheme, I have recommended the council to work out a scheme of priority for all such extensions. I am awaiting their further proposals before coming to a decision on the particular extensions mentioned.
