All available turbary in Gunnode bog has been allotted with the exception of an area of about two acres which is being let on a seasonal basis.
The allotment of turbary in Carrownagopple bog must await completion of development works which were commenced earlier this month. In the meantime, seasonal lettings are being made as far as practicable.
