The following Message has been received from the Seanad:
Seanad Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Dáil Éireann is desired:—
That it is expendient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Convalescent Home Stillorgan (Charter Amendment) Bill, 1958, being a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Charter under which the Convalescent Home, Stillorgan, is incorporated, to extend the objects of the Institution, to authorise the Governors to apply Capital funds of the Institution for certain purposes and to amend the provisions of the Charter relating to the admission of patients to the Home.
