Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Anti-Poliomyelitis Vaccine.
The cost of providing anti-poliomyelitis vaccine for all children under 12 years of age is estimated at approximately £350,000 for a full course of three injections. In order to carry out such a scheme within a period of 12 months, it is estimated that further expenditure amounting to about £200,000 would have to be incurred on the employment of additional medical, nursing and clerical staff and on travelling and other incidental expenses.
