When will the Bill be circulated?

Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to give effect to arrangements for the dissolution of the G.N.R. Board and the future operation of its undertaking and to provide for matters connected therewith.— (Minister for Industry and Commerce.)
On Saturday morning. At least there is an informal arrangement that a corresponding Bill in the North will be circulated simultaneously. It is the intention to circulate them on Saturday morning and I see no reason why they should not be.
