Vol. 169 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take business in the following order: Nos. 1 and 2. If not already reached, it is proposed to interrupt business at 1.30 p.m. to take No. 2 and to resume No. 1 on its conclusion. Questions will be taken at 3 p.m.

Supposing the Transport Bill finishes before 3 o'clock?

In that case we shall resume on the Finance Bill. I think Deputy Casey and I between us can assure the Deputy that the interval in the debate on the Finance Bill will be adequate.

Could the Tánaiste indicate if the Government intend to give time this session for the Law Reform Bill?

I promised the Deputy a reply to that question this week but I find myself unable to do so. I can assure him, however, I shall be able to give him the Government's decision on the matter on Tuesday.
