If all four Bills have not been dealt with by 5 p.m., it is proposed to sit until such time as they are dealt with. If all four Bills are concluded before 5 p.m., it is proposed to proceed with the Local Government Estimate until 5 p.m.
Order of Business.
Does that mean that if the Bills are not finished when we reach 5 p.m., the business will be completed without further discussion at midnight?
No.
