asked the Minister for Justice if he is aware that a signed statement was made to the Gardaí at Oldcastle Barracks on Friday, 24th October, by Mr. Bernard McCabe of Ross, Mountnugent, County Cavan, alleging forgery of dockets in connection with the payment of the subsidy on ground limestone which was never delivered and the misuse of C.I.E. transport; and if so, what action has been taken in connection with this statement.
