I would refer the Deputy to section 4 of the Dáil Éireann Loans and Funds (Amendment) Act, 1933, as amended by section 2 of the Dáil Eireann Loans and Funds (Amendment) Act, 1936, which prescribed 30 June, 1936, as the final date for making application for redemption of subscriptions to the External Loans. Applications made after that date cannot therefore be considered.
