Bankers' Books Evidence (Amendment) Bill, 1959—From the Seanad.

The Dáil went into Committee to consider an amendment from the Seanad.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Traynor)

I move that the Committee agree with the Seanad in the following amendment:

SCHEDULE.

In page 2, line 23, "the National City Bank, Limited," inserted before "the Northern Bank, Limited,".

I am accepting this amendment from the Seanad and, if the House would be kind enough to give it to me now, I should be glad.

It is to insert the name of an additional bank—the National City Bank, Limited—that was not included.

Mr. Sweetman

Very good. The Minister is accepting it. Is that not it? It was already included in another section. It is only a question of naming it. It was under the licensing section already.
